居合とウエストの関係/Iai impact to waist
下の写真は自分が普段使っているベルト。穴一つで約2.5㎝、実は居合の稽古を2時間ほどやると、稽古前と後で確実にこの穴一つ分はウエストが締まります!
The picture below is my waist belt. Between holes is around 2.5cm. To be very honest, my waist squeezes just by a hole after 2 hours training of Iai!

これは別に有酸素運動で腹の脂肪が燃えたわけではなく、特に座り技でしっかりと背筋を伸ばし、腹から力を出すことで腹筋を引き締めている効果だと思います。実際のところ一晩経つとほぼ元に戻りますので・・・。それでも毎週欠かさず腹筋を引き締めていることが体に悪いわけがない!腹筋を引き締めてみたい方はぜひ遠慮なくご連絡ください。

This is not due to burning out of belly fat by aerobic exercise but because I keep may back straight to take power from “Seika Tanden (Pit of the stomach)” and tighten the abdominal muscle as a result. Apparently it turns back to the original condition overnight. However it is never bad to tighten abdominal every week! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have an interest!
